Should I take this phone again to repair shop or is there some other solution. I will not try to scoop all letters out and replace them. It might kill my phone again.

I wonder if they really replaced your E75. It looks like they flashed it with the wrong firmware. Do you have French language support? I suggest you bring it back and start a riot.
