Update unsuccessful

I tried to install the current software update on my Nokia E63. The update (109 MB) gets downloaded to my PC but after that i get the following error:

 

Could not connect to the server. The software updates server could not be reached. Make sure the internet connection is working and try again. If the problem persists check your firewall settings or contact your network administrator. You can still install prevously downloaded software updates.

 

I even switched off my firewall and tried, but in vain.

Hi jambox911,

 

Welcome to the Nokia boards.

 

Please completely delete Nokia Suite off of your PC with this tool. Once Nokia Suite has been deleted, you can reinstall the software via this link. This will clear up any bugs within Nokia Suite that stops you from performing the software update.
