e72 download issue, please help...

Hi.. I'm nokia user and am using e72.. For last two months I couldn't download anything from ovi.. The tab download is grayed.. Please do guide me to solve this issue...it would be glad...  Regards.....

@aarah6 Have you thought about backing up essential data with Nokia Suite and perhaps resetting device to "Out of box" state and/or re-installing exisiting device software under Options Software updates within Nokia Suite? If any setting is corrupted device would probably need to be reset first.

Symbian specialist until 31/01/2013 with interests in Maemo & MeeGo but an aversion to Windows!
