I forgot security code for my nokia e7,and i tryed to do hard reset with volume down camera menu key power ,then cell ask to enter new security code then verify new security but finally say eror code

pls help me

Try the new code as 12345..if this doesn't work...To reset the Security code back to the default 12345 you must go to Nokia Care along with a proof of ownership (Bill / Invoice) .. Hard reset will not erase it...

Did you release power button only keeping other three depressed after first vibration as should not be asked for any lock code if carrying out "hard reset" this way.

yes, i do it.but afre loading say: lock code has not been set.please set the lock code.
enter new cod but say code error

Have you tried 0000 if 12345 doesn't work? Also try other number combinations if it's asking for a new code - try 54321 or another # that you can easily remember.

As already mentioned above, you need to visit Nokia Care with proof of ownership..

Shut down d phone. Restart again, after a second keep pressing volume down + camera + home key. That's all. Thank you
