I have personalised a ring tone to a specific person, but when he calls, my phone uses a defualt ring tone in general. Please help
I'm using 9500.

Have you edited (and set) the profile to have the option for 'personal tones'.

this should be set to on.

Hi, I actually have the same problem,
the ring tone i want to use for one special person only does not ring when this person calls me.
The tone is stored in the phone memory and i have assigned it to the person from "Contacts".
Moreover, i do not have the "personal tones" option in the profiles at all.
Am i doing something wrong?
