Adobe, the makers of flash are abandoning future development of mobile based flash so unfortunately this is highly unlikely to happen. The future is HTML5 and we should see more and more sites killing flash in favour of that over the next few years.
Also note that their won't be any further E series phones as Nokia has changed the way they name and market products.
