hello everybody!

Is there a possibility to get an symbian anna homescreen on symbian belle OS (E7-00)?
I have tryed numerous themes but all they do is change color and icons in my menus, but not the home screen.

None of the themes I've seen do that. Bear in mind that not all themes change all icons etc, and most certainly do not change the font. Not sure why you would want a Symbian Anna style homescreen when you're running Belle......Belle looks much cleaner in my opinion, but each to their own.

It's the matter of personal preference. Anyways... if not by theme is there any other way I can accomplish that?

No there is no other way to accomplkish the goal unfortunately. If you cannot find any themes on the Nokia Store or other places like Zedge.net, then you are out of luck sadly.
