I am using Nokia E71

in Nokia store

we can not redownload paid application more than 5 times in "MY STUFF" area in the nokia store

 

we can not purchase application permanetly in Nokia store

Don't know where you got the 5 times idea from as if you expand "How do I reinstall Nokia Store applications" in this resource you will find that it is 10 times:http://www.nokia.com/sa-en/support/product/e7-00/troubleshooting/?action=productFAQSearch&qt=Nokia%2...
