i am using nokia e71

my memory card is 16 gb

7 GB memory is free in memory card

190 MB memory free in phone memory

than why it ishowing memory full i open the help in my phone as well as in many application my phones

In order to fix this issue, I advise you to reset your device. First of all back up your data using Nokia Suite. 

Then type *#7370# on your phone's keypad. When prompted, enter 12345 as default lock code or the one you have changed it to. 

Once the phone is restarted restore the data from Nokia Suite. That will solve the memory issue.

and

i have already reformat by nokia care in our jodhpur city

and

i have already reformat by Nokia suite

but

still problem is there
