Thanks for the feedback.
I have tried it with N8 phone and works fine with Win XP for me (as did the Beta ExtGPS bluetooth only release).
Also works fine for me with Win 7 64 bit using USB but doesn't seem to want to work for me with bluetooth with that OS, the ExtGPS service not appearing under the device (the Beta didn't either) - however, I have only had a quick try so maybe with a bit of effort I will resolve that, but suspect not.
While not a real time solution have you seen the recently released BTT in the Store at http://store.ovi.com/content/204871?clickSource=se

Great that you got it going via USB! Going by my experiences I'm not too hopeful that you'll get it working on Win 7 64-bit either
. In case it's any use to you, here's a summary of what I experienced with Bluetooth on the N8:

arch&pos=1 ? Produces a .gpx file file so track can be displayed in Google Earth, etc and works fine.
I wasn't aware of it, thanks. If you haven't looked at them yet you may also be interested in Sports Tracker at http://store.ovi.com/content/31721 and Endomondo Sports Tracker at http://store.ovi.com/content/3669.

Just to prevent confusion, I meant to say:
