Cannot install voice downloads within Nokia Drive on Lumia 920

I have attempted to download the "English (US) announced street names" option for my Lumia 920 within Nokia Drive, but I get the same error message: "There was a problem while installing your navigation voice.  Want to try again?".  I've tried both the male and female voice options as well as other files (English UK) but get the same result.

 

I didn't have the problem when I downloaded the original "English (US)" voice files (which was done several months ago).

 

Perhaps a problem with the server?

No issues with downloading and installing as well. See attachment

Interested to see you have "English female with street names" on your 920.

I don't seem to have access to this from my Lumia 800 (much to my disappointment!).

 

Anyone any ideas why ?

It looks like it began to work when I went off of the wifi network and onto LTE.  Perhaps an issue with downloading such a file over my company's wifi connection may have caused the issue.  Thanks for checking on your end.
