Hi. I want to buy Walk Licence to my N82 but Shopping licence menu is not working . when i click to it , nothing happens . is there any way to buy it from computer ? or what should i do ? ty ..

Unfortunately no choice other than to use "Shop", presumably no issues taking Ovi Maps "Online"?

Nothing is happening after third step in your pictures.. maybe i should reinstall it.

edit: i reinstall it but still same problem . it seems nokia dont want to earn money
