I have map version 4.2.55; map data is 0.2.45.12.

My phone is a China branded N9.

There is no sign of update to version 0.2.46.103 (neither via phone or Nokia suite).

Anyone who has the same issue?

You could always try manual installation of latest map data, although can't guarantee it would work for you. Post again if you have any specific region/country/state direct download link requirements.

put your sim card out of N9, then use wifi for download maps in nokia maps app ,you wlll found the  0.2.47.103
