Hi,

I recently downloaded maps for the UK within Nokia Drive on my Lumia 800 (loving the phone and Nokia Drive by the way).

My question is, how often do the maps get updated and (more importantly) if they are updated, will I get notified that there is an update to download?

No reason to assume that they won't get updated 3 - 4 times a year as Nokia Maps upon Symbian OS devices do currently.

But will I be notified automatically when updated maps are available?

IIRC Drive updates via Marketplace, so you do get an 'update' notification on the Marketplace tab. Of course, several programs and apps update in the same way, so you have to keep an eye on which ones are updating if you are looking for a specific one.

I Remembered Correctly!
I woke up this morning (there's a song in there somewhere..) and there were the updates, on Marketplace, for Drive (now 3.0) and Music (3.1)
Now to find time for a twiddle...
