I'm not able to see my favourites in nokia maps web version.

Any ideas?

Did you synchronise from your Phone ? Try again and confirm ..

Hi,yes i synchronise from phone,and favourites list in Nokia Maps web remains empty.

I create a new favourite in the web to test but the favourites list remains empty again,synchronise again from the phone,i was able to see the old ones and the new one.....

Checked adding route and synchronising 700 Belle with http://maps.nokia.com with no display issues at time of this post.

In Denmark, using Internet Explorer 9 on Windows 7, fully updated:

The Favorites pane of http://maps.nokia.com/ is empty as shown in the screen capture of the first post.

Sync to and from phone works normal - but the grey star does not turn yellow when adding a place or a route to Favorites, and the Favorites pane is still empty.

It has been like this for a while.

Not sure whether this has something to do with the IE Settings..

Confirm Tools-->Internet Options-->Privacy ...setting is NOT set to Block all cookies..

..also if you have other Browser like Firefox that gives same results ...?

Hi farby,

I tried the usual tricks, set cookie handling to allow all, clear browser cache, add maps.nokia.com to trusted websites: the Favorite pane remain empty.

The problem may have started after the latest Microsoft Update, I have not changed anything that I am aware of...

Anyway, the issue is not important enough for me to install other browsers with more security flaws - I just wanted to confirm Loureiro's observations.

i use IE9 and Google chrome,same situation on both.

tried in my laptop and desktop running windows 7 fully updated.

I have to agree with you,the problem may have started after the latest Microsoft Update.

I try to restore the PC to a previous date,but i don´t have any points of restore before the latest Microsoft Update.

If you want to try...

On Windows 7 you may go to Start-->Control Panel-->Programms-->Programms and Features-->View Installed Updates ...Index with Date and Uninstall the last ones...

You may again install them thru' Start-->Control Panel-->System & Security-->Windows Updates ...

That was just a wild guess, please don't roll back your Windows installation!

The Favorites pane also doesn't work on my laptop with Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8, without the latest updates.

It is something for Nokia to solve IMO.

I try,Mozilla firefox,Safari,Opera,Google Chrome,IE9,didn't work in any of them...

Deleted windows updates from this month,(the ones who is showed up,because there are some that can't be deleted after the update is done) didn't work either.

Same issue here (Windows 7, Firefox). Even on Mac OS 10.7.4 Safari same issue :

Same here, with XP and Win7 64 and Win8 32, in IE8 and IE10, in Chrome and Firefox 12 and 15.

I have contact the Nokia Care Line this is the answer i got:

This issue is affecting only a few of our clients, so the Nokia regrets any inconvenience it may cause.

Thanks for the info that Nokia is aware of the problem and working on it.

I'm puzzled why it works for some, when using a particular browser or particular cookie settings.

It worries me enough to do an extra backup of the favorites with LmManager on the phone ... just in case!
