ovi maps v3.04 and v3.06

When i want to install ovi maps v3.04 or v3.06 on my nokia e71 it says unable to install, no access. Can anyone assist me with this problem? i tried everything but nothing works :smileysad: please guyz, i have problems with v3.01.... thanx
