Hey, im facing same problm
i also tried to update my phone but it can't install the drivers and not working not even with nokia pc suit and software updater

hey i downloaded ur file..put it in my phone...clicked restore...and then it had to restart.....after that wen it switched onned...it asks some security password...i tried 1234 , 0000 etc...but it doesnt work ...u hav any idea wat the password could be?? maybe ur password??

just create backup file(app n settings) from the other same phone which works fine and not facing the same prblm, then send n restore the file to ur phone via bluetooth
