Apps not working at all and not downloaded

Apps not working at all and not downloaded

Certificate not on sim or phone, nokia chat, mail, whatsapp, facebook app, ovi not downloaded nither current app working from past 1 month, verisign not get help.....

What is the model of the mobile device?
