Remove the Battery for a couple of minutes, Insert and switch the phone ON ..Try if they work .. 

Else, you may need to visit Nokia Care since you can't do anything else if NO key is working ..

You don't say whether you are able to "Unlock" device but if so it might be worth trying option to re-install existing device software in Nokia Suite > Options > Software updates to exclude software corruption as a pre-cursor to visiting Nokia Care facility.

Symbian specialist until 31/01/2013 with interests in Maemo & MeeGo but an aversion to Windows!
