C3-01 - user can't be heard

Have owned this model for a year and half and then all of a sudden  on all the calls I get or make they can barely hear me - any suggestions?  thanks

Use the voice recorder on the phone to see if its recording the voice. If yes then its a network issue. If no then you need to get the device inspected at the Authorised Nokia Care Centre in your are. You can find one at www.nokia.com/support

Do check with headset too.
