PLEASE Whenever i try installing a new application or game i receive a notification saying component QT missing PLEASE HELP

Although it would be a complete pain requiring backup, have you tried resetting device to "Out of box" state by keying in *#7370# followed by 12345 (default Nokia lock code unless altered by user) recently before trying to install applications requiring Qt dependencies?

Symbian specialist until 31/01/2013 with interests in Maemo & MeeGo but an aversion to Windows!
