my 1month old e7 was worked properly... But now its camera doesnt work and it shows nothing.. But settings icons and other menu options are working well.. And front camara(3G) is working.. When i tryed to capture image.. Its prossesing (in same black background) and stuck.. What can i do..

 Is the lens cover opening when you turn the camera on? The motor that operates the cover may have failed. Perhaps a very light tap may get it to open, if not you should take it to Nokia care for inspection.

What are you referring to upon the EDoF camera of E7?

The camera doesn't work on my Nokia E7 Belle ,the problem started after I installed  (the flash light )application  from Nokia store I installed it (removed from my device),,,, nothing changed still the camera dos not work, Then I reinstall  Belle again ...... After I finish nothing changed ,,, still not working.... What can I do    please help me

I am also having the same problem, seems like no one is responding to this problem.  I would be grateful if someone can respond, especially a nokia rep.

Unexpected error occurred, please restart the camera, if this does not Help, try restarting the phone this message appears I try reinstall the firmware and nothing work!!! HELP

Solution

First turn on the led light (slide the lock key and hold on)
After that open the camera, if don't work, close camera, and open the camera again, try that until the camera work

Finally turn of the light
