My nokia 2680s-2 cannot play file saved in phone replying the file format is not supported what is the problem.

It would if you can provide more information, what type of file are you trying to access when getting this error?
If you can provide a little more information please on this.

Additionally please make sure you have the latest software for device installed. You can check this by using Nokia suite for your P.C. You can download this from the below link:
