Lumia 800 rebooting when using public mobile services

Hi, 

 

I'm trying to use mobile public services, like purchase bus tickets and fishing permits with my Lumia 800. Every time I dial the appropriate number, for example:

 

1322*396*3xxxxxxxxxx (bus ticket)

1312*402*3xxxxxxxxxx (fishing permit for 6 months)

 

the phone reboots automatically. As there are a lot of services like that in Estonia, it's really frustrating.

All my other contacts are OK.
