I have a Nokia C7-00. I'm having a problem with the playlist. When I try to open the playlist, a command box came out stating "File is corrupted, operation cancelled". This had happen for months. I've about 683 musics, and I've scanned all with kaspersky (using my laptop) and nothing seems infected. Please help.

Not sure if any easier way to do but ...you may try this
Is it possible to copy all these tracks on your PC ? If so ..do that and then delete all from the phone. Then copy them again on your phone but in batches..say 20-25 songs at a time.. This may allow you to exactly locate which file is corrupted.. Leave it aside and check again ...

Okay,I've deleted all my songs. My song list is empty now, stil there are three more folder (inside the music player's artist and albums) that can't be deleted as the command box "File is corrupted. Operation cancelled" came out when I try to delete it,though there's no songs inside it. Same goes to my playlist, still can't be open. How is a file "corrupted" when every single song has been deleted?

It's not possible..as the music folder (opened inside my computer) is already empty. Even in the nokia suite, There are no musics. Still, the same problem occured. ![]()

What happens you remove the Memory card and check for this ?

Do you mean 'when' I remove it? Apparantly the musics were saved on the C7-00 phone memory. (I moved it from the memory card some time ago)

Oh ! Thats what I meant..but since the Music was in the Phone memory, it may not make difference ...
Have you checked if the Firmware is upto date ? If available go for it, else, re-install it and see if the folders errors goes off ..

Went to the software updates, all applocations are up-to-date. Btw, my c7-00 is a symbian anna. I guess I'll just go to nokia care centre to upgrade it to belle (since I can't upgrade from nokia suite as my phone is a SWAP fine) and hope for the problem to be gone.
