Other ones can't hear my voice since it show some icon. I don't know ,there's an icon.

I am thai ,i use google translator :smileyindifferent:

Hi npdeoh2754, 

 

Welcome to Nokia discussion boards! 

 

In order to rectify the issue you are having I advise you to restore your phone's original settings. Please go to Menu > Settings > Restore factory sett..

If that does not fix the issue please send us a clearer picture of the icon displayed on your phone's screen. 

Alternatively, please contact Nokia Care. 

 

Let us know how you get on and feel free to post any other questions you may have.
