Hi there, I also have a nokia 6030 which crashed on me within 2 weeks of having it. My Father has already got it repaired once but it has had the same error again. Every time I turn it on its screen goes black and the words "contact Service" come up on the screen, is there anything I can do?

There's probably not anything you can do yourself. Sounds unfortunate, but probably best to have a Nokia service/repair center take another look.

thanks for the info. I went to a center and they said they could fix it on the warrantee.

Vodafone are now replacing 6030 under their own warranty for any customer who is affected
