I was trying to install the latest software via Nokia Suite. In spite of the USB cable being connected properly it was giving an error that connection to the phone was lost. Then I tried to boot the phone but the Nokia logo was shown and it did not proceed further. I tried removing the battery, sim card, memory chip many times but the result was the same.
Can any one please suggest something on this matter?

after the laptop shuts down itself while im downloading asha 200 sw my phone is not working . there is no display .

The ONLY thing that you can try is remove the battery for a couple of minutes, insert and see if the phone switches ON. If not, you need to visit Nokia Care

my cell phone is off and cannot be detected by the pc suite because it has security lock. can it be able to turned on again using pc suite ?

sir I already tried to remove the battery for 30 mins and the problem still exist . my phone does not turning on ,. instead the keypad are lighting but there is no display on the screen

Yes..thats the reason, you need to get it inspected at Nokia Care ..

After vainly trying some of the suggested actions in this site, I went to the nearest Nokia Care.
They said, the internal memory is affected, and they resolved the problem within an hour! Amazing service!
As it was within the warranty period the service was completely free of cost.
