Nokia C6-01 Touchscreen Problem

I have a Nokia C6-01 and its touchscreen does not always work. If the phone is turned off for a long time, the touchscreen would work for a few hours, then it would stop responding. The buttons work, but the touchscreen is unusable. The phone runs the latest Nokia Belle OS. Went to warranty, they replaced the touchscreen, but the problem still remained. What could be the problem?

hi mate,

as it appears the problem is still occurring, you will need to go back to Nokia Care and persist with them. there is nothing we can do for you here unfortunately.
