try the hard reset for N97. but i don't know if it works on C6...

Press shift + space + delete and turn the phone on at the same time. Don't let the three keys before you see the NOKIA logo.

after installed third party apps ( in microsd ) ex garmin and from ovi.. i can't switch on my phone... after took off Memory card, the phone is ok... now my phone can't detach any memory card... I had try 3 memory card, but it still cannot detach... but the same memory card when i put in my N76 it can work properly...why? Should i through away my C6....? I just bought last 2 month..

Or simply insert your mmc in other phone and connect in mass storage mode
Backup your datas from your mmc
Format it
insert it into you phone
You'll have to reinstall applications which are in memory card.

please, I need uurgent help on this. On Monday March 4, I got an SW update for my c6 after which i could no longer access my pics from the photo viewer on the menu screen. I'd have to view the pics from the file manager and I'm not enjoyin that. Please I need a solution very very urgently.
