Hi!

I have a problem with my Nokia c3-00.

I changed my default security password (12345) to 99999.

One of my friends trying to unlock my phone, tried wrong passwords for at least 20 times.

So now, I cannot unlock my phone even with the right password... :/

Could anyone help me?

If the phone has locked itself because the wrong security code has been entered too many times, please visit a Nokia Care Point where the phone can get unlocked for you. You can find your nearest Care point here.

I changed my password just now. I just wanna ask why can't I open my phone with my new password ?

I have once been in ur shoes
i realised that any nokia phone, if you leave it for 5mins while switched on, it resets the password maximum input limit of 5times
For your lil problem, follos these steps:

1. Switch on ur phone
2. Do not input or press anything
3. Place ur phone on the charger.
4. Leave ur phone for 5mins,
NB: if ur phone battery is full, just follow step 1; 2, & 4.
