Problems with N8

Has anyone had problems with their N8 with Three Mobile UK. I had continuing ongoing problems - no access to services, no access to network, cannot hear callers no service. Messed around with three for 4 months. Eventually they took phone for repair and returned it in a worse state that when it was sent. Damaged , scratched etc. Despite being aptient with them they have failed to even try and properly resolve my problems and I have 4 contractys with them. I need to know have others had problems with the handset when you first had the problem/s how quickly your provider repaired or replaced the handset and generally any other assistance you can give.

Welcome to the Nokia discussion boards!

 

Usually any problems users have with networks are resolved or taken up with the provider themselves. Since you are having trouble with the Three operator, it may be benefitial for you to raise this up with them or visit their store and state your phone has come back into a worst state.

 

Also, if they cannot fix your issue, you can take the device into your nearest Nokia Care point, who will help you.
