Repairs in Armenia

[ Edited ]
Hi, my name is Aleksandr, I'm from Armenia. Durring all period I prefer to use only Nokia cellphones, 5-mount ago I bought a new one in officially Nokia shoop centre in Yerevan, the model is 6500-s, by that day I started to have a lot of problems with my phone, 4 time I bring my phone to the support centre, 4 time thay say everything is ok, and all the problems I have becoase the my cellphone operator, I change the operator, but problems not finish!!! In the last time thay started to arguu with me and after that tooke my phone to fix it. But they didn't anything for fix it, after 2 days they coll to me, I asked them can I change the model becoase a lot of person like me have this model and have the same problems, thay say Nokia company don't do it!
It was so intresting for me, when next time I came to support centre thay took my phone and in front of me opened it, after that they say about like I trow my phone to the wather and show red line in my phone, when I exactlly know, I didn't trow my phone to the water, all of it was so redicule for me, the suppervisor explane everything to me so nice and took my list of worranty from my hand! after that he say this is the policy of Nokia.
-----So? I paid 400$ to have a problem, what can I do?

Re: Repairs in Armenia

All issues related to repairing Nokia phones are managed locally in each country or region.

I would advise you to call Nokia in Armenia once more and specifically tell them that you wish to make a repair complaint.
