As for the First part of your Query..Don't think so ... You may try re-installing the Firmware for that ... and for the Second query, it depends on the device..as some have 2 options.. 'Restore settings only' and 'All' ...Result will depend on what you choose.

Yes phone has both options. Wt hppns in settings only n wt hppns in all?

what happens is basically what is stated. one will reset all the settings to their defaults, while selecting All will default everything to factory state.

why is it i tried many to restore the settings of my nokia 200 then after the restoration some applications are still missing..then i cant go net or anything,,is there any possibility to reformat the fon? and how?

yes mate, you need to connect your phone to your PC via USB and use Nokia Suite to re-install your current firmware. if you are still having trouble after that, then you will need to take your phone to Nokia Care for inspection: http://nokia.com/support
