Hi im using nokia asha 201 I want to restore/format the phone but i mistakenly personalised the phone's code and now i cant lock or unlock it, need help really. Please reply.

You need to visit Nokia Care facility with proof of purchase http://nokia.com/support for it to be reset to factory default of 12345.

If you forgot your password, your phone's software needs to be reflashed alraedy and reflasing can only be done in the Nokia repair center.

..and you need to carry a proof of ownership (Bill / Invoice) when you visit Nokia Care
