c1-01 when restored to factory settings

why does my c1-01 became so ugly when i restored it to factory settings? All the files here like nokia themes here,the original contents here were being lost. I thought only my files wil be delated. Even the certificates here are lost,including calculator,alarm and etc. Pls help.
