my x7 do not detect headphones and say 'accessory not supported'
when i push headphones loosely,it detects headphones but very poor sound quality.
When i connect external speaker,it detects and sound quality is also good.
I tried differnt headphones but none of them was detected.
External speakers are always detected.
What could be the problem and its possible solutiom?

Welcome to the Forum.

I would advise you to perform a soft reset (no data will be cancelled), enter *#7780# on your keypad, default code "12345".

After that, try to connect your headphone.

but i have forgotten my security code.

I have reinstalled the os using ovi suite, but it didn't helped me.

In this case, the best thing to do would be to visit your local Nokia care to get the phone checked.

In the same time, they will be able to reset your security code to the default code.

They will usually require that you have proof of ownership/phone bill, to prove that you are the owner
