The only approved way to remove the SIM-lock from any mobile device is using the restriction code provided by the network operator, no other methods may be discussed on this forum.

Wait for about 30 minutes and then try the correct code. If still it doesn't work you need to visit Nokia Care along with a proof of ownership (bill / Invoice) to get the code rrest to the default 12345.Your local Nokia Care can be found thru' this link ..
