Hi everyone,

Can you help me please with my problem in my phone? I dont know, and dont have any idea what my password is (since i bought it as 2nd hand), and I want it to be default to "12345" or "00000". I still can access my phone but i cant use my security code based on my problem.

I already tried hard reseting my phone by pressing green key, red key, camera key, and power button, but still my problem with the password remains.

Hope you can resolve my problem.

You need to visit Nokia Care facility with proof of purchase for lock code to be returned to factory default of 12345.

@muzickero - Since you bought it Second Hand, you may not be having the proof of purchase..but you may still try with Nokia Care..but before that isn't it possible for you to ask the person from whom you bought it ??

Mobile: Nokia 5800 XM Red
but stil asking the code
i reset my phone by folowing ur method wich u mentioned in post .
i enter 1234 , 12345 ,0000 , 00000
all default codes wich is mostly using in every devices .
plz help me regard this

The ONLY solution to get the code reset to the Default 12345 thru' Nokia Care . Proof of ownership (Bill / Invoice) may be asked ..

Switching off and restarting fone by holding the .green .red .camera .power buttons WORKED....:-)

Default Code is 12345 . If you have set your own then ONLY you know it and no one else.

If you don't remember it now..the ONLY solution to get the code reset to the Default 12345 thru' Nokia Care . Proof of ownership (Bill / Invoice) may be asked ..
