Have you tried updating the software using Nokia Suite as suggested previously?

Although all data would be deleted have you tried reset to factory settings by keying in *#7370# followed by 12345 (default Nokia lock code unless altered by user). If still issues follow advice to re-install existing device software using option in Nokia Suite upon PC.

hi, i had c6-01 and it shows the following error. Disk error retry data will be lost. I was done a factory reset. After two days i t pop ups the same error regularly. Pls

have you chceked if there are any firmware updates available for your device via Nokia Suite on PC? if there are any, please update to the latest version offered. failing that, you will need to take your phone to Nokia Care for inspection.
