This is not likely to happen due to hardware constraints. You may however see a few symbian^3 features being included in future firmware updates.

Probably not. The update will be released when it's ready which could be days/weeks/months or even never.

There is no guarantee that S60v5 models like the N97 mini will ever get any significant updates.

All you can do is wait and see.
