hi

i connected my 6303i classic to the computer using the usb port.

but during the installation wizard i did not use the internet to install the device and checked the option 'do not ask for installation of this deviice again'.

And i got the message : hardware not installed properly

now when i reconnect the phone to the computer, it is not getting recognized.

how do i get the phone recognized so that i can use the pc suite etc.

plz help!

Have you tried inserting the USB cable to the different USB port of the computer?
