1st of all thanks for your great support 

2nd i made upgrade to my phone N8 to bill software and its woking normally up to yesterday suddenly i found vibration on my phone not working however my phone didn't clash or down .

coul you please to support us

Welcome to Nokia discussions board! 

 

In order to fix this issue, I advise you to perform a soft reset. Type *#7780# on your phone's keypad. 

If the issue persists, please reinstall the update using Nokia Suite.
