GPS Location software on Lumia 710?

Please help! For the past 2 years I have used the GPS Location software on my Nokia X6 for Geocaching- (A game where you find hidden containers all around the world), by entering a set of co-ordinates and the Nokia X6 guides me there.) This software utilises the integrated GPS function of the X6, so the phone doesn't need to connect to the internet or use any data. In fact this function even works without a SIM card in the phone!

I have now upgraded the X6 to a Lumia 710, however I cannot find any Location software built in. Does anyone know of any software that I can download so I can carry on Geocaching using Integarated GPS-(like on the X6) and not Assisted GPS-(where the phone uses the internet, and costs me money.)

Many thanks,

Have you tried any of the geocaching apps from the marketplace? Search for geocaching in the marketplace app on your phone or have a look at this link:

You may have to try a few before you find one that works how you need it to.

Re: GPS Location software on Lumia 710?

Thank you psychomania! I did what you said and found the perfect piece of software. It's called Geocaching Live, made especially for Windows Phones. Some of its functions do require the internet, but I can download all the co-ordinates I need via WiFi at home, then disconnect and the phone lets me track them down via the inbuilt GPS only. Fantastic! And thanks again for your help...
