I just spoke with Customer Care to inform them of this issue.
I thought it was a mechanical problem or a bad screen. But even after getting the phone replaced with AT&T it still occured. Maybe some of you have had this problem.
Randomly the bottom of the phone reacts to a phantom touch. The bottom options that pop-up do, and suddenly drop back down. It happens randomly and while using any program.
The Customer Care Rep told me to turn of high sensitivity which I am trying. But either way I shouldn't have to turn it off for something that shouldn't be occuring anyways.
Anyone have a similar issue?
Yeah I deactivated it right after I posted this thread and it's still happening.
So it's save to say that high/normal sensitivity doesn't matter.
Hopefully they make note of this issue.
I have a really bad glitch on my phone that is making me unable to use it. All of the buttons work, and it makes noise like it usually would when someone calls, texts, etc. I can even slide up to unlock it. The only problem is, I can't see anything! where my lockscreen and my appliations should be, all I see is white noise, like on an old tv screen. I need help!! Please let me know if you have anything that can help!

Hi, o_oo_o. Did something happen to the phone prior to this? Have you tried the fixes provided on this link: My phone does not work or respond as expected? If yes, but nothing's changed with your phone's display, it is best to visit a Care Point for an assessment. You can find a nearest one using this link: http://www.microsoft.com/en/mobile/locale/. Note that all data will be deleted. BTW, any physical/liquid damage voids the warranty of it. Hope this helps.
