Lumia 710 screen problem

hey guys..Lumians specially..i bought myself a Lumia 710 6 months ago..

i don't know somehow now the screen becomes started with some flickering lines across the screen and now the screen is permanently high contrasted, no matter what i do..tried updated the software, in case that's a software issue..tried restarting the phone and even resetting the phone..if i view the photos through the screen, My God, they look weird and so high contrasted..okay, so considering i just have a little knowledge about phones, through some research done over the internet, please tell me what causes this to happen? my phone has been overheating much if the heat causes this, then what causes the heat? bad battery? incompatible charger? and what could have been possibly damaged? the LCD unit? or worse the display IC?

Re: Lumia 710 screen problem

Hi Cajuan,

Thanks for your feedback and welcome to the forum.

From what you describe it sounds to me it would be best to either visit a Nokia Care Point or arrange for your Lumia 710 to be sent to a Nokia Repair Centre. There a specialist will be able to properly check and if needed repair your device. You will find contact information and available options through this link.

Hope this helps,
