So yeah, I bought the Nokia Lumia 520 1 and a half month ago from "three" (you obviously get 2 years warranty from nokia after you buy a new phone), and it broke in one week, you plug in the charger and it says it's charging but the battery percentage goes low and the phone turns off, then a big question mark turns up and the phone just dies.. I've sent 1st time to Nokia Tech Support by UPS (booked online) they fixed it, I received the phone and the same thing happened on the same day, so I've sent the second time, received it, the same thing happened in 2 hours, I've sent the 3rd time received it yesterday and it lasted 4 hours. Sorry this is an absolute joke, sent the phone to NOKIA 3 times and they never fixed it once! WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT?

I thought these problems only happened technical assistance in Brazil .. lol
It happens in other countries too ...
Well the most common problem is that the battery has problems charging, when the battery has a problem of temperature, charge controller disables the recharge mode via an electronic component called a thermistor(Sensor TEMP).
The point that the technician must examine whether this thermistor is shorted or if your battery cell and damaged some so exhausted.
I advise that you test your device with another charger and a new battery for testing.
If overconsumption smartphone it will warm too and will not reach the actual battery charge (Low 2.8V / 3.78V Full)!
Thanks for your answer Alfatec.
Well that's the thing, the 1st they fixed it they said they changed the battery, so that didn't help, I don't know what they did the 2nd time cause they didn't tell that, the 3rd time they changed the USB port, but that didn't helped, so I really don't even know what to say
