RE: NOKIA LUMIA 800 BLUETOOTH HEADSET ISSUE

Hi,

I'm having trouble with connecting my bluetooth headset, as it doesn't seem to connect.
I'm able to speak into it, but noone answers?

Is it possible if you could solve this for me?

Thanks

Simi

Re: RE: NOKIA LUMIA 800 BLUETOOTH HEADSET ISSUE

Hi basically, now that I've got more information regarding the issue, when I connect the bluetooth device to the phone and then activate the bluetooth connection, the phone can't find the bluetooth device that it's connected to. It shows other connections which aren't relevant to mine.
I hope this makes sense...

Re: RE: NOKIA LUMIA 800 BLUETOOTH HEADSET ISSUE

Hi simi008

What specific Bluetooth(BT) headset model do you have? Some BT headsets can be reset as part of troubleshooting to fix paring issues. You may check the user guide of your BT headset if it can be reset.

Have you also tried pairing your headset to other devices? If your Nokia phone is detecting other Bluetooth devices but not your headset, the issue could be with the headset itself. Try pairing it to another phone and see if it will work.
