Doesn't it just annoy you when you get this message, here with Meecast as you don't know what's not going to work afterwards, although I suppose if you install via dpkg -i at least dependecies removed will be listed!

i had the same but with other programs i dont remmember.

But i just accepted it and i didnt notice that i lost something.

it doesn't make lost something.
because it can't install it.
many users have the same problem, but it doesn't has a clear solution.
