Re: Device Not Working Properly

Hi leduyenha,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forum.

As the error message suggests, please connect your phone to Nokia Suite and click on the green arrow icon where you can either update or reinstall the current software. The option to reinstall the current software is displayed in blue, you can use this option when no update is listed.

If the above doesn't work, please visit a local Nokia Care Point where the phone can get checked and repaired if necessary.

Device Not Working Properly

My N9 does not power on. Sometimes I get a message that I should press the volume up button, but it is for a few seconds. Please help me.

Sounds as if you have tried to install Android ICS upon this N9 to get this prompt amd something has gone wrong, as this should only appear the first time when it takes 3- 5 minutes to boot; you may have to re-flash device software.

Re: Device Not Working Properly

i would recommend reflashing your device.

if you do not know how to get past this issue you have currently, then it is best you do the reflash and not try the nitroid again until it is a deb to make it simpler. (my guess is that it will not happen)

besides, if you want ICS, just get an android device as a second phone to play with. in the end, you will most likely just have a greater appreciation for your n9. :smileywink:

@N9dec

Your post seems to have lost something in English translation, but you may need to re-flash software upon your N9 to restore to "as new" condition:http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=82693

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white kudos star would always be appreciated.
